Tasting of 3 wines that we consider ESSENTIAL in our line:
1.  Valpolicella DOC Zèfiro,
2.  Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Caparbio
3.  Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Rocolo.
If you like, on request, we can match a small plate of cold cuts and cheeses.
In this type of tasting there is no visit to the company, we will dedicate ourselves directly to the tasting and we will see some key points of our philosophy during the tasting of wines.
