Support, not taking advantage
To Collaborate, not work
To Grow and care.
The awareness that the resources of nature are limited and the will to safeguard and enhance the territory, have led us to focus on a sustainable agriculture that respects the environment and protects biodiversity.
Monte La parte is the cradle of our vineyards, at an altitude from 300 to 350 m above sea level.
A single vineyard, 12 hectares (30 acres) all over the top of the hill enjoying a full sun exposure.
The roots deep in a calcareous and tuffaceous soil, poor of organic material and rich of skeleton.
A meager soil, difficult to work but that allowed to grow superb grapes.
The high minerality in the soil gives to the wine equilibrium and sensorial complexity, it’s the most authentic portrait of our work.
We personally grow 12 hectares of vineyards, plant per plant.
We do a hard work, but the nature is king: it decides times, rhythms and results.
It’s the typical varieties mix of Valpolicella that makes unique flavor in our wine:
Our vineyards have their roots directly into the tuff.
It’s a kind of calcareous and porous rock, typical of the magmatic origin soil.
Tuff makes the land more saline resulting in more mineral grapes, essential for the equilibrium and elegance of full body red wines.
