Production | 2.500 bottles.

Tipology | Dry red wine.

Grapes | Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, Croatina, Cabernet Sauvignon, Oseleta, Teroldego, Merlot, Rebo, only our grapes.

Harvest | Manual, in late September.

Soil | Calcareus, tufaceus, meager and rich in skeleton.

Vinification | Emblema, from Greek “what is inside, mosaic of sensations”, borns from the selection of the 10 best grape varieties of our estate. All grapes are harvested in the best moment of ripening and dried for 45 days. The sugars are concentrated and the primary aromas are overpowered. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the total control of temperature. Daily mixing allows the maximum extraction from the grapes’ skin and seeds.

Aging | The wine matures in medium-sized French oak barrels for at least 5 years. It rests at least 1 year in bottle before the sale. 

Food pairings | Wonderful, soft and structured wine.
Perfect synthesis between the characteristic of Valpolicella (fruit), Amarone (power) and Recioto (softness) that makes the perfect companion to extra-dark chocolate. It also combines very well with refined dishes such as: flavourful meat tartare, Culatello di Zibello DOP, tasty and seasoned Formaggi di Malga (alpine cheese) from Lessinia mountains with aromatic herbs like rosemary and sage. Meditation wine.
Ruby red colour with slight garnet reflections
On the nose reveals intense mature fruits, elegant and complex, with strong spicy notes
In the mouth there is a fusion of extract, power and roundness, dense, complex and an ever persistent after taste
