Monte La Parte represents the cradle of our vineyards, located at an altitude from 300 to 350 m above sea level.
A single vineyard, 12 hectares (30 acres) is located all over the top of the hill enjoying a full sun exposure.
The roots lie in a calcareous and tuffaceous soil, poor of organic material

The most common vine training systems in Valpolicella are two: Pergola Veronese and Guyot.
In our vineyards we use both.

The bunches are in optimal position for the manual selection of the grapes, chosen for the "appassimento" (drying process of the grapes)
